Bob Sykes Bar B-Q’s Potato Salad 4 pounds (4 large) Russet potatoes 1/2 cup sweet relish 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1 cup Hellmann’s (or heavy) mayonnaise 1 egg 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard 1/2 cup red pimentos Salt to taste Enjoy!
